Services Provided

It is our goal to provide our residents and visitors with quility, compassionate pre-hospital emergency medical care.  Our dedicated E.M.S. Providers accomplish this using four ambulances, three of which are equipped to the advnace life support level of care, one basic life support ambulance that is set up for special operations and two fly cars.

Emergency and Non-Emergency Responses

Emergency and non-emergency responses are obviously our primary function.  Our agency is dispatched to approximatley 1,300 calls for service a year.  While most of these calls are in our primary district, some are in surrounding communities which we provide mutual aid to through the Broome County Mutual Aid Plan.  We also provide stand-by crews for special events in the communities we serve.  Our ambulances and fly cars respond out of stations located startegically along the Route 17 / Route 86 Corridor that runs through the Village of Deposit, Village of Windsor and Town of Windsor (West Windsor).

Our agency currently operates a total of four ambulance.  Three of our ambulances are Advanced Life Support equipped.  Our fourth ambulancle is Basic Life Support equipped and also serves as our Special Operations Unit. The Special Operations Unit is specifically equipped to aid in managing mass casualty incidents, large scale fire incidents, large scale rescue operations, etc.

In addition to the four ambulances, our agency operates two fly cars (first response vehicles).

These events can be scheduled for groups or organizations by contacting us.

Community Relations

Eastern Broome Emergency Services is proud to be part of the community.  We are a not-for-profit charitable organization that works closely with local community members, businesses and organizations.  One such partnership is with our local schools.  Throughout the year, our agency provides training for our local school faculty members and students. They also visit our stations to learn about emergency services.  We could not be more happy with this partnership.  Our agency has a very strong bond with the youth of our community.
